Hey everyone...so as of yesterday I have lost a total of 6lbs...I couldn't have done it without giving up my addiction to soda.I have had so much fun getting out and running just about every morning with my dog and youngest Gilliana.At first I was dreading getting up to go jog but now I look forward to it! Unfortunately all of my kids have been home bound with a bad cold for the past week and a half but I have still found time to get my workouts in.While at the Dr.'s office yesterday I weighed myself just to see how much I have lost and to my surprise it was 6lbs.I feel so refreshed in the mornings when I wake up and relaxed when I go to bed.I have found that exercising at night helps me relax and fall asleep easier.In the morning I have more energy to start my day.I have been drinking water throughout my days instead of 4-5 glasses of Pepsi A DAY!That has been a HUGE help in my weight loss.As well as eating healthier as I did before and eating more fruits.
Not only do I feel better and have tons of energy I know I am that much closer to my goal.If I continue to progress and stick to my workout and eating habits I know it wont be long until I can fit into one of these.....
